Professional carpet installers have recommended this product to be sprayed onto concrete/hard flooring, before the installation process of carpet begins, so to insure the prevention of previous odors appearing after the new carpet has been layed down.
Restroom Application: SL-9102-Liquid Live Bacteria was developed to provide an ongoing, preventative maintenance program that eats what causes odors in restrooms due to porous surfaces, penetrated by urine, into grout, tile, walls, etc…By spraying the surfaces where the liquid builds up to cause these odors, and leaving it wet/damp, the enzyme will “eat” and eliminate the odorous residue, and leave the surface(s) with a fresh, spring fresh scent, without masking the odor(s). You can also mop with this solution; you can use straight, and up to 10:1 when mopping restroom or behind the bar or in a dog kennel.
SL-9102 is a pre-spot treatment used prior to shampooing carpets and laundering textiles in apartments, hospitals, nursing homes and other institutions. This product dissolves grease, odor and dirt. It neutralizes offensive odors and actually digests protein and organic-type soils and stains, such as blood, cosmetics, urine, fecal matter, coffee, wine, iodine, spoiled foods, vomit, pet odors and stains and mildew.
